Country Horse Classic

with Special Guests Strathcona Mounted Troop

After two long years' it's BACK, The Country Horse Classic returns, so we thought we would celebrate with bringing in some extra special guests to open the show.  Strathcona Mounted Troop will join the Country Horse Classic line up this year.  The Strathcona Mounted Troop is an authorized volunteer display unit.  The Troop is reminiscent of Lord Strathcona’s Horse in the nineteen twenties and thirties.  The twenty-horse, twenty-five member Troop performs the Musical Ride.  The ride is drawn from the Regiment’s traditions of the nineteen twenties and thirties.  If this first performance wasn't enough for you, we keep the show going with a Draft Horse Demonstration,  Islandic drill team, and more live equestrian shows.  Daily at 5pm, in the Indoor Agrifair Arena
