Pit Stop ACTION!
A whole parking lot dedicated to Demolition Derby, FMX freestyle motocross shows including Sport bike stunt riders and the new drifting go-kart track.
Who doesn’t like to watch cars smash into each other? How much fun is it to see cars crunch? Northern Lights Motorsports Group along with Chances Abbotsford and Capt’n Crunch Recycling are going to give you more action! Promoter Ross Edwards’ goal is to make the Agrifair Demolition Derby one of the best in the Pacific Northwest. “We have competitors who don’t just want to win, they want to demolish!” says Ross. Keep watching for program details, but if you want to “derby” contact Ross at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Also new this year, random guests will have an opportunity to try their hand behind the wheel in the Capt’n Crunch arena. Distracted driving is a big problem. Don’t believe it? How about you get behind the wheel and have Agrifair text you, distract you while you are wearing “impaired” goggles. It’s a great real time learning experience. The driver who completes the obstacle course the fastest will win some instant cash too!
Not enough excitement for you? While the demolition is getting ready to tear up the track, guests can watch the greatest FMX freestyle motocross bikers and Sport Bike Stunt riders in BC, possibly CANADA right here at Agrifair! Kris Garwasiuk, Global FMX from Kelowna, boasts “Our freestyle motocross shows are Canada’s premier outfit we are the only production in Canada featuring former X-Games athletes. (Kyle Demelo and Kris will be the motocross performers) This show is not for the faint of heart! If you want to see guys go above and beyond this is the show for you! We are excited to be coming to Agrifair and to provide not just the best freestyle motocross riders in Canada but also the best Sport Bike Stunt riders!” Sport rider performers will be Craig Latimer and Ryan Hawco.
It’s hot, we’ve got hat covered too! There will be a misting tent in the area for guests to get a bit of a sprinkle under, but if you’re over the age of 19, check out the new licensed venue “the Pit Stop” serving Cold Beer, Cold Water and Cold Pizza during the demo derby & FMX bike show.
Don’t have your Drivers Licence yet, can’t compete in the Demo Derby arena? No problem – you can ride on the drifting “Go Karts”. This area is for thirteen to nineteen years. The ConeZone area for under 13 and a NEW parent Segway fun feature!
Get ready Abbotsford and beyond…….Agrifair is the best little country fair on earth!!!!
