The 2025 Annual General Meeting for the Abbotsford Agrifair Society will happen Wednesday, November 19th at 7:00 p.m. in the Ag Rec Gallery at Exhibition Park.

The Abbotsford Agrifair Society is a non-profit charitable organization governed by a volunteer board of directors, elected by its members. Membership is open to anyone for an annual fee of just $1.00. Members have the opportunity to vote at the AGM, nominate directors, or stand for election to the board.

We are especially seeking individuals with experience in areas such as finance, agriculture, marketing, event planning, or community engagement to help guide Agrifair into a sustainable and vibrant future. If you’re interested in becoming a member, please complete the membership application form and return it to us by email or in person.
